HOW TO ORDER
To order from our Web site, simply browse through our product range. When you find an item you would like to purchase simply click the ‘Add’ button. You will then be taken to your Shopping Cart where you can enter the quantity and see your current subtotal.
To continue shopping, click the ‘Continue Shopping’ button. Continue to browse and add items to your shopping cart until you are ready to checkout and pay for your purchases.
Now you need to click on the ‘Check Out’ button. You will be taken to the login screen. If you are an existing customer enter your email address and password, if you are a new customer then click on the ‘New Customer’ button, which will take you to the ‘Create Account’ page.
To create an account you need to complete a simple form with your name, address, email address and telephone number.
Now that you have created your account you can continue to checkout. The next screen is the Shipping page. The name and address you entered when you created your account is shown here. If you need to change the shipping address, click on the ‘Change Address’ button. For all UK deliveries the postage option is already selected for you ‘Standard Recorded Delivery’, If your delivery address is outside the UK then please click the’ Overseas Postage’.
There is also a comments box if you would like to add a note about your order or delivery. Once you are happy that your shipping information is correct click the ‘Continue’ button.
You will be presented with various payment options. If you need more information on the available payment option please see Payment Options. Again the billing address is the same as the information you entered when you created your account. If you need to change the billing address or cardholders name then click on the ‘Change’ button.When you are happy with your payment information click ‘Continue’; you will now be presented with your order confirmation page, which shows your order, shipping address and billing address. You can still make changes to your order if you need to. If you are completely happy click the ‘Confirm’ button.
If you have chosen to pay by cheque, postal order or cash, please click the ‘Print’ button. Please post your order together with you payment too:

The address is also printed on your printed confirmation order.
If you are paying by debit or credit card you will now be presented with the secure payment form where you need to enter your card information.
